I have no idea who the Italian guy is. Maybe a gangster who has come to inform our main baddie that his behaviour will no longer be tolerated, or to try and convince him that working together would be a good idea. Or maybe he is just some guy who has not been has helpful as he claimed he would be.

Yes, I am going out of my way to make Main Baddie look as “white” as possible. Milk and all.
