I have no idea who the Italian guy is. Maybe a gangster who has come to inform our main baddie that his behaviour will no longer be tolerated, or to try and convince him that working together would be a good idea. Or maybe he is just some guy who has not been has helpful as he claimed he would be.
Yes, I am going out of my way to make Main Baddie look as “white” as possible. Milk and all.

LOOOOOOOOOOL. You've sayed it in Neapolitan dialect. In Italian it's "Vaffanculo" and it means "Fuck you". You should really study (at least a bit) of Italian. It's a very poetic and funny language

I feel like Niels would be a 2p!America from Hetalia... Since America is underage he can't drink alcohol which would explain why Niels is always drinking milk....?
